Honeycomb Counseling, the solo practice of Amber Whitten in Belgrade, Montana, takes your privacy seriously. This page explains what we collect on this website, how we use it, and what we don’t store here at all.

What this website stores

This site keeps only the information needed to schedule and bill for sessions:

Your name, email, and phone number
Appointment dates, times, and status (requested, scheduled, completed, canceled)
Billing records (session date, amount charged, payment status)
A reference to your card on file, stored at our payment processor (we never see or store your card number ourselves)

What this website does not store

Clinical information — session notes, diagnoses, treatment plans, what you talk about in therapy, or insurance claim details — is never stored on this website. That information lives in a separate, secure electronic health record system designed for clinical use.

The consultation request form does not ask for the reason you’re reaching out. We only need your contact information to set up a brief intro call.

Service providers we use

A few trusted services help this site work:

Stripe handles all payment processing. Your card number is entered directly into Stripe’s secure form and never touches our servers.
Resend sends transactional emails (appointment confirmations, reminders, password resets).
Our hosting and database provider stores the information described above.

Cookies

We use a single cookie to keep you signed in to your account. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies and don’t sell information to anyone.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you. Email hello@honeycombmontana.com and we’ll take care of it.
