I started Honeycomb Counseling because every young person deserves a place to be heard without judgment. Whether your child is anxious, struggling at school, or facing a big change — or you're a teen or young adult feeling stuck — I'm here to help.

My background
I'm a licensed school counselor and a Clinical Professional Counselor Licensure Candidate (PCLC) with the Montana Board of Behavioral Health, based in Belgrade, Montana. I work with kids, teens, and young adults — and the parents and families who support them — through secure telehealth, anywhere in Montana.
As a licensure candidate, I provide counseling under an approved supervision plan with a board-approved clinical supervisor while I complete the supervised experience Montana requires for full LCPC licensure. In practice, that means two experienced professionals are thinking about your child's care, not one.
Before opening Honeycomb Counseling, I worked with young people every day as a school counselor. I started this practice to give kids and families a calm, judgment-free place to do the work — with patience, curiosity, and steady support in every session.
My approach
I use a collaborative, strengths-based approach. With younger kids that often looks like play and creative activities; with teens and young adults it's honest, no-pressure conversation. Either way, we build on what's already working.
Parents and caregivers are part of the team. You'll know how things are going and how you can help at home — while your child keeps the private space they need to open up.
Sessions are 50 minutes, by secure telehealth — all you need is a private spot and an internet connection, anywhere in Montana.
No two kids are alike. I won't push a one-size-fits-all method. We'll find what helps your family move forward.
